For how long there will be bandage on my child’s head after cochlear implant surgery ?
After the surgery the bandage is placed firmly which is opened after 48 hours to inspect the area for any infection or collection. The bandage is again placed for around 7 days after which the sutures are removed and the bandage goes out too.
